We are seeking a skilled and proactive Production Engineer to oversee daily manufacturing operations of FRP products such as tanks, pipelines, scrubbers, and industrial fabrications. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise day-to-day shop floor activities and manpower
- Coordinate with design, QC, and dispatch teams to meet production deadlines
- Implement and improve manufacturing processes (e.g., hand lay-up, filament winding)
- Maintain machinery and ensure preventive maintenance schedules
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
- Maintain production records and generate reports
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with industry standards

Requirements:





- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering
- 2–5 years’ experience in manufacturing, preferably FRP or composite industry
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Hands-on knowledge of shop floor management and production planning

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Rajkot, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
