Key Responsibilities (What You Will Learn)

- Assist with Dispatch: Help schedule daily trucks and guide drivers arriving at the mill.
- Scale Support: Learn to use the mill's truck scale to weigh incoming and outgoing delivery trucks.
- Create Shipping Papers: Prepare basic paperwork like delivery notes, packing lists, and gate passes.
- Data Entry & Billing: Enter daily shipment details into our computer system to help generate customer invoices.
- Team Support: Work closely with warehouse supervisors and seniors to ensure paper rolls are loaded correctly.

Requirements (What We Look For)

- Education: High School Graduate, Diploma,Graduate student
- Computer Basics: Basic knowledge of computers, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good with Numbers: Ability to accurately check weights, quantities, and order numbers.
- Quick Learner: Eager to learn logistics, freight terms, and billing software.
- Communication: Clear and polite communication skills to interact with drivers and team members.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
