Role: Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for energetic, self-motivated Field Sales Executives for broadband sales in Bangalore localities. You will interact directly with residents and local shop owners, explain our high-speed internet plans, and convert prospects into happy customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Pitching: Conduct daily door-to-door field visits in assigned localities to sell high-speed broadband connections.

- Electronic City
- JP Nagar
- Kengari
- Kalyan Nagar
- Yelhanka

· Lead Generation: Identify areas with high demand for internet services and actively hunt for new customers.

· Product Demonstration: Explain the advantages of our fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) technology, plans, and current promotional offers.

· Daily Reporting: Meet daily sales targets and report numbers to the team supervisor.

What We Are Looking For





· Communication Skills: Excellent convincing power and a polite, confident manner.

· Language Skills: Fluency in Kannada is mandatory to connect with the local Belcrowd. Knowledge of English is a big plus.

· Basic Tech Knowledge: Simple understanding of what broadband, Wi-Fi, and internet routers are.

· Vehicle Ownership: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for local travel.
