About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Executive – Fruits & Vegetables (F&V;) to join our warehouse team in Varanasi. The role is responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing fresh produce meets the company's quality standards, food safety requirements, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect the quality of incoming and outgoing fruits and vegetables as per defined quality standards.
- Conduct grading, sorting, and quality assessments based on freshness, appearance, size, color, and overall condition.
- Identify, segregate, and report damaged, spoiled, or non-compliant produce.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and warehouse SOPs.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor storage conditions such as temperature, humidity, and handling practices to maintain product quality.
- Support stock rotation practices (FIFO/FEFO)



to minimize wastage.
- Assist in implementing quality improvement initiatives and process audits.
- Ensure adherence to company quality policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree Any or diploma in Agriculture, Food Technology, Horticulture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in quality inspection of fruits and vegetables, fresh produce, or warehouse quality operations.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of fruits and vegetables quality parameters and grading standards.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong observation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
