Job Title:

Logistics Executive

Experience:Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics, dispatch, transportation, and warehouse coordination in a manufacturing company.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred)

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/SAP, and logistics documentation

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate daily dispatches as per production and customer schedules.
- Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and LR copies.
- Track export and all kind of shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, and sales teams for smooth material movement.
- Monitor freight costs and negotiate with transport vendors to optimize logistics expenses.
- Handle inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Maintain dispatch records, vehicle reports, and logistics MIS.




- Resolve transportation and shipment-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with GST, e-way bill, custom invoice and other transportation regulations.
- Manage inventory movement between warehouse and production.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for urgent shipments.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
- Experience in transportation planning and dispatch management
- Knowledge of e-way bills, GST documentation, and shipping procedures
- Good communication and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
