- Manage day-to-day operations of the stores department.
- Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely material requisitions.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and annual physical inventory.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation for Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), and stock transfers.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and material identification in the store.
- Supervise and guide store assistants and storekeepers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
