Hiring: Associate / Senior Associate – Onboarding (US Shift)

Experience: 2–5 Years (Associate) | 4–7 Years (Senior Associate)

We are looking for passionate professionals with experience in Customer Success, Client Onboarding, and B2B SaaS to join a rapid-growing fintech company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end client onboarding
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Drive product adoption and customer success
- Work with US/North American clients
- Collaborate with Product, Consulting, and Operations teams
- Monitor customer health, usage, renewals, and adoption

Preferred Skills:

- Customer Success / Customer Onboarding
- B2B SaaS experience
- Account Management
- Client Relationship Management
- US Shift / International Client Exposure
- Fintech, Corporate Finance, Venture Capital, ESOP, or Equity Management experience is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
