Position: US Sales & Support Executive

Location: Vadodara (Work From Office)

Shift: US Time Zone (EST)

Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers are Welcome)

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with potential clients in the US market through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable solutions and services
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams
- Provide support and assistance to existing clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Maintain records of client interactions and activities
- Work closely with international clients during EST business hours

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
