About Dfine Digital Solutions

Dfine Digital Solutions is a fast-growing digital marketing and creative solutions provider, specializing in innovative strategies, engaging content, and result-driven digital campaigns. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Internship Officer to manage and coordinate our internship programs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and manage structured internship programs across departments (Digital Marketing, Creative, Development, etc.).
- Screen, shortlist, and interview internship applicants.
- Assign interns to relevant departments based on skills and project requirements.
- Monitor intern performance and track progress through regular evaluations.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure proper training and mentorship.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to attendance, performance, and feedback.
- Organize review meetings and issue internship completion certificates.
- Prepare internship performance reports and management summaries.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internship coordination, HR operations, placement coordination, or a similar role.
- Robust communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple interns and maintain structured processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or creative industry is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with educational institutions or training centers.
- Strong mentoring and evaluation skills.
- Knowledge of documentation and reporting systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
