Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell automotive lubricants across assigned territories in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on field sales experience in the automobile sector and strong relationship-building skills with mechanics, retailers, distributors, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell automotive lubricants (engine oils, gear oils, greases, etc.) to:
- Garages and workshops
- Spare part retailers
- Distributors and dealers
- Visit the assigned market daily and cover predefined routes.
- Generate new leads and onboard new retailers, workshops, and mechanics.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure proper product visibility, branding, and availability in the market.
- Collect market intelligence including competitor pricing, schemes, and activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.




- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per company policy.
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market feedback to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts or lubricants is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting formats.
- Familiarity with Ahmedabad market areas and dealer networks.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate (preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years of field sales experience in automobile lubricants or related automotive products.
- Vehicle: Two-wheeler mandatory.
- License: Valid driving license required.
