Role & responsibilities

- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations.
- Handle and resolve challenging situations.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
- Prepare and share daily stock reports with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate stock counting during the receipt and dispatch of materials.
- Supervise and manage labor procurement and deployment.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipment of goods.
- Should be well-versed in booking transport vehicles through platforms like Porter and other local transport services as per operational needs.
- Continuously improve and streamline warehouse processes.
- Train, support, and evaluate the performance of warehouse staff.
- Generate reports on inventory status, team performance, and overall warehouse efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with company workflows.





Preferred candidate profile

- Skills: Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Basic Excel reporting, and safety compliance.
- Communication: Good communication skills for reporting, team coordination, and interdepartmental collaboration.
- Attitude: Proactive, disciplined, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Language: Should be able to read and write basic English and communicate effectively with the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
