Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process—from identifying opportunities to submitting bids and coordinating post-submission activities. The role requires robust organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Search and identify relevant tenders from portals like Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP)
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements
- Prepare and compile tender documents (technical & commercial bids)
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, legal, technical teams)
- Ensure timely submission of bids with all required documents and compliance
- Handle EMD, tender fees, and documentation formalities
- Maintain records of all tenders,



submissions, and results
- Follow-up for tender status, clarifications, and negotiations
- Assist in pricing, cost estimation, and quotation preparation

Required Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Knowledge of tendering procedures and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, or relevant field)
- 1–3 years of experience in tendering, procurement, or related work

Preferred Skills (Optional):

- Experience with government tenders and e-procurement portals
- Basic understanding of contracts and legal terms
- Experience in industries like construction, engineering, or IT
