Job Description – Road Work Project Site Engineer We are seeking a Site Engineer to oversee road construction projects. The role involves supervising daily site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and workers, monitoring progress, managing materials and equipment, and preparing reports. The engineer will resolve technical issues on-site and support timely project delivery within budget. Candidates should hold a degree in Civil Engineering, have knowledge of road construction methods, and possess robust communication and problem‑solving skills. This position ensures smooth execution and successful completion of road infrastructure projects.
