Role Overview

We are seeking a sharp, experienced AI Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on software development experience and strong expertise in Generative AI. You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, autonomous agents, and enterprise AI workflows using the latest LLM technologies.

This role is for engineers who have actually shipped AI products into production and can independently solve complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and other LLMs.
- Build AI Agents and multi-agent systems for real-world business workflows.
- Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
- Design scalable AI architectures for production environments.
- Integrate AI models with web applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Build MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, tools, and integrations.
- Optimize prompts, context management, and AI workflows for reliability and performance.
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources.
- Deploy AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience building production-grade AI applications.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, Llama, etc.).
- Experience building AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems.
- Strong Prompt Engineering skills.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) is highly preferred.
- Strong Python and/or TypeScript skills.
- Experience integrating AI APIs into production systems.
- Experience with vector databases such as:
- Pinecone
- Weaviate




- ChromaDB
- pgvector
- Qdrant
- Milvus
- Experience with AI frameworks including:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- LlamaIndex
- Vercel AI SDK
- CrewAI
- AutoGen (plus)
- Experience with FastAPI, Node.js, REST APIs, and WebSockets.
- Positive understanding of embeddings, chunking strategies, retrieval optimization, and evaluation.
- Experience deploying applications using Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows.

Nice to Have

- Experience with AI workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier).
- Fine-tuning or model evaluation experience.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with speech, vision, or multimodal AI models.
- Experience with GraphRAG or Knowledge Graphs.
