The Barista will prepare high-quality beverages and ensure an excellent café experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee and beverages as per standard recipes
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and café equipment
- Maintain consistency in taste and presentation
- Take customer orders and suggest menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station
- Monitor stock levels (coffee beans, milk, syrups, etc.)
- Handle billing/POS if required
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quick service
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Barista
- Knowledge of brewing techniques (espresso, latte, cappuccino)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
