Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role located in Bengaluru. As a Social Media Manager, you will curate, execute, and manage social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring an impactful digital presence. Responsibilities include creating and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media engagement (SMO), and analyzing campaign performance of Meta Ads to drive audience growth. Additionally, you will craft compelling narratives and visuals,



engage directly with the community, and collaborate with internal teams to align social content with brand values and initiatives.

Qualifications

- 1-2 years experience in Social Media Management of a fashion brand
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator is a must.
- Proficiency in running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns is essential.
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- Experience in analyzing social media performance metrics and deriving actionable insights
- Knowledge of emerging social media trends and tools
- Passion for empowering underrepresented communities and promoting social change
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication or a related field is preferred
- Experience in Shopify is an advantage
