Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Accurately take and serve food & beverage orders.
- Manage billing and order processing using Rishta Software.
- Set up and maintain tables with proper cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests.
- Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met.
- Support in handling reservations and table allocations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1- 2 years of experience as a Steward/Waiter in hotel or restaurant industry.
- Male candidates only.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates from Whitefield or nearby areas will be given preference.
- Knowledge of Rishta Software / POS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive food & beverage product knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
