Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, understand their educational needs, and recommend suitable courses. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission status.
- Assist students throughout the admission process, including documentation and fee collection.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for a seamless admission experience.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to maximize conversions.
- Ensure a positive and professional counselling experience for every student.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree is an added advantage).
- 2–6 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, or a similar role.
- Experience in EdTech, educational institutions, coaching institutes, or universities will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
