Inventory and Stock Management, preferred from healthcare or Pharma background

- Receive goods: Inspect incoming shipments for damage, correct counts, and quality.
- Organize stock: Label, tag, and store items neatly in designated locations by category.
- Monitor levels: Track stock to prevent shortages or overstocking, and check expiry dates.
- Physical audits: Run routine physical stock counts and match them against ledger entries

Material Issuance and Requests

- Process indents: Review approved requisition slips from other departments before handing out items.
- Fulfill requests: Issue materials systematically while capturing recipient details, date, and quantities.
- Handle shortages: Forward unfulfilled item requirements to the purchase department with proper paperwork.

Record Keeping and Reporting





- Maintain registers: Keep accurate manual or digital inward and outward transaction logs up to date.
- File documents: Organize bills, delivery challans, and vendor receipts securely.
- Report status: Share routine stock updates and flag damaged, lost, or slow-moving items.
