Sales & Business Development Officer

Salary

- Minimum Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Performance Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹2,000 for every successful deal closure
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Monthly Sales Target

- Target Business: ₹80 Lakh – ₹90 Lakh per month
- Candidates should be confident in handling high-value B2B sales and achieving monthly revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified business leads through calls, meetings, networking, and digital platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
- Follow up with potential clients until successful conversion.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust understanding of IT Services, Digital Marketing, Website Development,



or E-commerce solutions is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work under monthly sales targets.
