Job Summary

TopCop Alliance is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies, strengthen brand presence, generate business opportunities, and support company growth. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing, market research, campaign management, and brand promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and business growth.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and new opportunities.
- Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Generate quality leads through various marketing channels.
- Coordinate with sales and business development teams to support revenue growth.
- Create marketing content, presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry networks.
- Manage brand communication and ensure consistent company representation.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or business promotion.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Creative thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Security Services, Facility Management, Staffing, Education, or Service Industry.
- Freshers with strong skills and a passion for marketing may also apply.
