The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, deploying, debugging, and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications in production environments while ensuring software reliability and security.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build production-grade software systems.
- Debug complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Identify and fix application security vulnerabilities.
- Build secure, scalable, and highly available software solutions.
- Create and maintain benchmark tasks, test suites, and secure reference implementations.
- Review AI-generated code and recommend secure improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, security, and product teams.

Required Skills

- 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Python programming skills (Mandatory).
- Experience with Java, Go, or C++ is an advantage.
- Production system debugging and troubleshooting.
- CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and observability.
- High Availability, Scalability, Fault Tolerance.
- Secure Software Development.
- Code Review and Security Assessment.
- OWASP Top 10, Secure Coding Practices.
- Software Architecture and System Design.
