The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language training to students of various age groups and proficiency levels. The trainer will develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of our diverse student body.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver effective English language training programs.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to student needs.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their language skills.
- Organize and facilitate interactive classroom activities to enhance learning.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in English language teaching.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create a supportive learning setting.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
