Business Development Associate – Commercial Projects

Express Kitchens is looking for a Business Development Associate for our commercial vertical. The role is based in India and will support our back-office operations by managing lead follow-up, client communication, proposal tracking, and coordination with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will own daily follow-ups, maintain active communication with contractors, consultants, and clients, monitor all open opportunities, and help convert prospects into business through consistent engagement and qualified communication.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound follow-up for commercial project leads.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Track every opportunity from inquiry to quotation to closure.
- Coordinate with design, estimating, and operations teams.
- Send reminders, schedule meetings,



and update next actions.
- Maintain CRM / tracker with accurate status and notes.
- Support proposal submission and commercial negotiation follow-up.
- Ensure timely responses to all customer communications.
- Help improve conversion through persistent relationship management.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in BDA, inside sales, sales support, or customer coordination.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Highly organized and follow-up driven.
- Comfortable with CRM, Excel, email communication.
- Experience in construction, interiors, kitchens, or project sales is preferred.

KPIs

You can measure the role with:

- Lead response time.
- Number of follow-ups completed per day.
- Meetings scheduled.
- Conversion rate from proposal to order.
- Communication accuracy and CRM update discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
