We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Centre Head to join our team at Lakmé Academy Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, understanding their career aspirations, and aligning them with suitable beauty and wellness courses offered by the academy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in inquiries and phone calls regarding admissions
- Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals
- Counsel students and parents on our course offerings, career outcomes, and industry scope
- Schedule and conduct counselling sessions and campus tours
- Maintain a proper record of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system
- Convert leads to admissions by effectively communicating the value of our programs
- Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Assist in organizing seminars, webinars, workshops, and other promotional activities
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream); MBA/BBA preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet admission targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications
- Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education sector preferred
- Passionate about the beauty, fashion, and wellness industry
