As our business continues to expand globally, we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to strengthen our finance team.

Position: Accountant

We are seeking a motivated accounting professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience who can efficiently manage day-to-day accounting operations while contributing to strategic financial planning and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions accurately in Tally.
- Manage company expenses, ledger entries, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account verification.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Monitor, analyse, and report company expenditure against approved budgets.
- Prepare annual financial budgets based on historical spending trends, projected business growth, and departmental requirements.
- Generate MIS reports, financial statements, expense analysis, and variance reports.




- Coordinate with department heads to monitor budget utilisation and recommend cost optimisation measures.
- Assist in statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and other accounting-related documentation.
- Support accounting requirements of the company's Australian operations whenever required, ensuring timely financial reporting and coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in preparing analytical financial reports and expense tracking.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting).
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
