- Create & Edit: Produce user manuals, API documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaboration: Partner with developers and product managers to gather accurate technical information.
- Maintenance: Ensure documentation remains up-to-date through proper version control and agile review processes.
- Quality Assurance: Apply the core principles of effective writing—clarity, conciseness, and correctness—to all materials.
Core Qualifications
- Experience: (3-5) years of relevant technical writing experience.
- Tools: Proficiency in DITA, XML, MadCap Flare, or Git-based documentation workflows.
- Domain Knowledge: Ability to grasp complex engineering or software processes.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
