The Patient Relationship Executive (PRE) will serve as a dedicated point of contact for patients undergoing IVF treatment. The role focuses on patient engagement, financial counselling, follow-ups, and coordination with medical teams to ensure a seamless and supportive patient journey from initial consultation to treatment completion.

Patient Interaction & Counselling

- Guide and counsel patients on treatment plans, with a primary focus on financial aspects as advised by the consulting doctor.
- Clearly explain the cost structure involved throughout the IVF treatment journey.
- Ensure proper documentation of financial counselling, including obtaining signed acknowledgements from patients.

Patient Relationship Management

- Act as a single point of contact for patients recommended for IVF treatment.
- Support patients across the entire lifecycle—from initial counselling to treatment initiation and completion.
- Build trust and maintain strong patient relationships through continuous engagement.

Follow-ups & Appointment Management

- Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with patients to encourage continuity of care.
- Schedule appointments and provide reminders at least one day prior to patient visits.




- Track and update patient visit status regularly.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient consultations, counselling sessions, and treatment decisions.
- Record patient feedback and follow-up outcomes systematically.
- Prepare periodic reports on patient engagement and follow-up status.

Coordination & Communication

- Work closely with doctors and internal teams to ensure effective patient handholding and engagement.
- Provide regular updates to manager & senior Doctor on patient progress and follow-up status

Patient Engagement & Outreach

- Inform patients about ongoing offers, promotions, or recent initiatives introduced by the organization.
- Organize and coordinate patient
- support group meetings or engagement sessions when required.

1–5 years of clinical or patient-facing experience

Prior experience in healthcare, IVF, or patient counselling roles is preferred

Familiarity with patient management systems and CRM tools is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
