- Good Knowledge of Incidents Management & Change management

- Coordination with vendors for escalation.

- Preparing & validation of Root Cause Analysis.

- Syslog analysis & Preparing Action Plan for Critical Alerts to Resolve the Issues.

- Review of Network Device Hardening Mechanism On Periodic Basis.

【Basic】

5+ years of experience in Network Domain,

Handled multiple customer environments,

and Cisco DNA

【Preferred】

CCNP Certifications.
