- To streamline all the referral & product related process and act as one point of contact for any referral patient to ensure smooth and satisfactory customer experience
- Responsible for Meeting sales and business targets
- Responsible for facilitators and other vendor contract renewals(corporate tie ups)
- Assist HOD in the smooth functioning of department
- Assist in coordination for conducting health check camps across targetmarket.
- Be the single point of contact for any customer referral
- Ensure departmental protocol is followed and customer satisfaction
