Job Description:

Accounts Receivable Executive

Location: Ghitorni Village, New Delhi
Qualification - M. Com - Accounts & Finance , MBA - Accounts & Finance
Experience Required: 3–4 Years in Accounts Receivable
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner / 0–8 Days Preferred

Key Responsibilities -

Accounts Receivable & Collections -

- Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable transactions.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
- Follow up regularly with debtors for overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of receivables and collections.

Client Coordination & Visits -

- Attend client meetings and conduct client visits as required.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address payment-related queries and resolve issues promptly.

Invoice & Billing Management -

- Prepare and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
- Process and verify sales bills and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and receipts.
- Maintain organized records for audit and compliance purposes.

SAP & Banking Operations -

- Post daily bank receipts in SAP as per bank statements.
- Perform customer account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in SAP.
- Conduct Bank Reconciliation activities regularly.

Taxation & Compliance -





- Handle GST-related accounting and compliance activities.
- Assist in TDS calculations, filings, and reconciliations.
- Support Income Tax Return-related documentation and processes.
- Coordinate ROC-related compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications -

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience -

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Experience in client handling and payment follow-ups.
- Experience in the FMCG/Food Industry will be an added advantage.

Skills -

- Strong working knowledge of SAP (mandatory).
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Taxation, and Accounting Principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software such as SAP

Soft Skills -

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
