We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong expertise in Infrastructure Projects, specifically Bridge Projects, and proven Gulf experience.

Position Details:

- Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)
- Experience: Minimum 15+ years
- Mandatory: Gulf experience in infrastructure/bridge projects
- Location: Mumbai / Africa (based on project requirements and mutual discussion)
- Compensation: ₹40–50 LPA (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development activities for infrastructure and bridge projects
- Identify new business opportunities across domestic and international markets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, especially in Gulf regions
- Lead proposal development, negotiations,



and project acquisition
- Coordinate with internal teams for successful project execution
