The Magnolia Lead will be responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise-grade digital experience platforms using Magnolia CMS. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on development capability, and leadership skills to guide teams and ensure high-quality delivery.

Must Have Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Magnolia CMS (Magnolia 6.x preferred)
- Solid proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
- Experience with Magnolia templating, modules, dialogs, DAM, and content modeling
- Knowledge of JCR, Apache Jackrabbit, and Magnolia architecture
- Integration experience with CRM, commerce, and third‑party systems
- Frontend knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks
- Cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

Good to Have Skills





- Experience with other DXPs (AEM, Sitecore, Optimizely, SFCC)
- Headless CMS implementation with Magnolia REST API or GraphQL
- CI/CD pipeline tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience

Responsibilities

- Lead end‑to‑end Magnolia CMS implementations
- Define technical architecture and best practices
- Review code and ensure coding standards
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for delivery
- Troubleshoot production issues and lead RCA
- Mentor junior developers and drive knowledge sharing

Pay: ₹551,539.30 - ₹1,950,144.32 per year
