Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Welder & Fabricator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in fabrication, welding, and assembly works. The candidate should be capable of reading fabrication drawings, handling workshop tools, and performing accurate welding and fitting works for structural and mechanical components.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform welding and fabrication works as per engineering drawings.
- Handle MS, SS, and sheet metal fabrication works.
- Operate MIG, ARC, and TIG welding equipment.
- Cut, grind, fit, and assemble fabricated components.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings and dimensions.
- Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and quality of fabricated parts.
- Work with drilling, cutting, and grinding tools safely.
- Support assembly and installation activities when required.




- Maintain workshop cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for fabrication requirements.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of MIG, TIG, and ARC welding.
- Experience in structural and sheet metal fabrication.
- Ability to read mechanical/fabrication drawings.
- Familiarity with fabrication tools and workshop equipment.
- Basic understanding of measurement instruments.
- Good practical knowledge in fitting and assembly works.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or relevant trade with 2–3 years of relevant industry experience.

- Robust practical fabrication skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
- Physically fit for workshop activities.
- Team player with disciplined work attitude.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Based on experience and skill level.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
