- Lead end-to-end execution of façade/glazing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage Site Engineers and Team Leads by monitoring progress, optimizing resources, and driving team performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Plan and monitor project schedules, material availability, and cross-functional activities while resolving technical and operational challenges.
- Provide technical and commercial support, mentor execution teams, and strengthen site capabilities through training, onboarding, and performance development.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per year
