Hiring: Pre-Sales Intern

We are hiring Pre-Sales Interns to support our sales team by engaging with potential customers, qualifying leads, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth lead management process. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and an interest in sales and business development.

What you'll do:

- Connect with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and interest levels.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover and conversions.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Assist in maintaining sales reports and lead tracking.
- Support sales campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.

What we need:





- Graduate (Any Stream) or final-year student.
- 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Proficient in verbal and written English communication.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a sales-oriented mindset.
