Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Automobile Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our automotive service workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain high-quality repair standards, manage technicians, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve workshop productivity and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the automobile workshop.
- Supervise, train, and motivate technicians and workshop staff.
- Plan and assign repair and maintenance jobs to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure repairs are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
- Monitor workshop productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare job estimates and coordinate with service advisors when required.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and workshop equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of parts and consumables.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Monitor workshop expenses and help achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop performance reports.
- Ensure all workshop equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.

Qualifications





- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in automobile service and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong technical knowledge of passenger and commercial vehicles.
- Experience managing technicians and workshop operations.
- Proficiency in workshop management software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
