Work Experience

- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems.
- Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of solar power plants.
- Understanding of inverters, transformers, switchgear, SCADA, HT/LT systems, protection relays, and monitoring systems.




- Ability to analyze plant performance using Performance Ratio (PR), Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF), plant availability, and generation data.
- Experience in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues.
- Knowledge of electrical testing (insulation resistance, continuity, earth resistance, thermography, IV curve testing, etc.).
- Familiarity with CMMS/SAP for maintenance planning and asset management.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety, permit-to-work (PTW), lockout/tagout (LOTO), and statutory compliance.
- Ability to prepare technical reports, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and maintenance documentation.
- Positive communication, team leadership, and contractor management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SCADA data analysis.
