- Deliver parcels to customers within assigned routes and timelines.
- Pick up shipments from customers and business partners.
- Verify customer details and obtain OTP, signature, or proof of delivery.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments where applicable and deposit them as per company policy.
- Use the Delhivery Partner App to update delivery status in real time.
- Handle packages safely to avoid damage or loss.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety standards.
- Resolve basic customer queries politely and professionally.
- Report delivery issues, failed attempts, and operational concerns to the supervisor.
- Meet daily delivery and productivity targets.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per week
