- Plan, organize, and supervise the daily operations of the Parts Department.
- Ensure the availability of genuine spare parts to support workshop and retail sales.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock to avoid shortages and overstocking.
- Forecast parts requirements based on sales trends, service demand, and seasonal requirements.
- Coordinate with Honda/HMSI and approved vendors for timely procurement of spare parts.
- Monitor stock movement and identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory for corrective action.
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, binning, and issue of spare parts.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure timely billing and invoicing of spare parts for workshop and retail customers.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward, outward, warranty, and return transactions.
- Monitor departmental sales performance and achieve monthly parts sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with Honda standards and company policies for parts operations.




- Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability for repairs and maintenance.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints related to spare parts efficiently.
- Monitor warranty parts, defective parts, and return procedures as per OEM guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the parts warehouse and counters.
- Train, guide, and supervise Parts Executives and Store Assistants.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on inventory, sales, and stock movement.
- Control departmental expenses and minimize inventory losses.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S practices within the Parts Department.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
