Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Roles & Responsibilities

- Follow up after site visits to address pending issues, clarify client queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and direct marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient execution of client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Conduct initial discussions with clients to understand project requirements and business needs.
- Manage tender submissions and ensure compliance with required formats, guidelines, and deadlines.
- Prepare quotations, maintain project documentation, and support vendor registration and compliance activities.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both Kannada and English (spoken and written).
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.




- Ability to travel within Bangalore and nearby locations as required.

Qualification & Experience

- Any Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Coordination will have an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

- Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
- Must be confident in riding a two-wheeler for client visits and field activities.
