We are seeking a talented and experienced CAD & 3D Designer to join our team in Taliparamba, Kannur. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in CAD drafting, 3D modeling, and architectural visualization, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in CAD and 3D Designing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar design software
- Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and visualization
- Ability to create detailed 2D drawings and realistic 3D renders
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management

Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate CAD drawings and technical documentation
- Develop high-quality 3D models and renderings
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams




- Modify designs based on project requirements and client feedback
- Ensure timely completion of design tasks and project deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in architecture, interior design, or construction-related projects
- Portfolio showcasing CAD drawings and 3D visualization work
