About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Security Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives across enterprise environments. The candidate will manage security transformation projects covering areas such as Identity Access Management (IAM), Network Security, Cloud Security, Endpoint Security, Vulnerability Management, Security Operations (SOC), Data Protection, Compliance, and Risk Management.

What You'll Do:





- Described in internal Security PM and Cybersecurity Delivery Manager roles.
- Responsibilities: Project Planning Governance Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
- Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
- Manage project documentation and maintain program dashboards.
- Cybersecurity Program Delivery Support lead tech stack suc as Endpoint Security, Email Security, SIEM SOC platforms, Vulnerability Management, SASE / Zero Trust initiatives, Cloud Security technologies, Data Protection and DLP solutions Ensure project deliverables align with security standards and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for customers, leadership teams, technical SMEs, and vendors.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and governance reviews.
- Present status reports, KPIs, risks, and mitigation plans to senior stakeholders.
- Risk Issue Management Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
- Manage escalations and drive timely issue resolution.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Experience: Project Management Strong experience managing cybersecurity programs and projects.
- Expertise in project lifecycle management, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Experience with: Microsoft Project Jira ServiceNow Smartsheet Good understanding of: Identity Access Management (IAM/PAM) Endpoint Security Email Security Network Security Vulnerability Management SIEM/SOC Cloud Security Data Protection DLP Governance, Risk Compliance (GRC)



Zero Trust Architecture Leadership Skills Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Preferred Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2 PMI-ACP Certified Scrum Master (CSM) CISSP CISM Security+ ITIL Foundation Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
