Responsibilities

Support and optimize EPICOR Finance processes.

Prepare and execute functional test scripts.

Review integrations and business processes.

Evaluate authorization and access controls.

Review configurations, controls, and BPMs.

Mentor existing functional team members.

Prepare and maintain SOPs, User Manuals, FSDs, and TSDs.

Establish documentation and version control standards.
