Job Title: Service Engineer – Nurse Call System / Pneumatic Tube system
Location: Hyderabad (with travel to other cities as required)

Tellercomm is a leading healthcare technology company offering cutting-edge products including the TellerCare Nurse Call System. With installations across hospitals in India, we are expanding our technical support team to ensure high service standards.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to handle breakdown support, system installation, and technical service for our Nurse Call System. The role involves on-site troubleshooting, installation activities, and occasional travel outside Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend breakdown and service complaints at client sites.
- Install and configure TellerCare Nurse Call Systems in hospitals and healthcare centers.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and site readiness validation.
- Coordinate with the support team for remote assistance and documentation.
- Maintain installation and service reports.
- Train hospital staff on basic system usage and troubleshooting.





Requirements:

- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field.
- 1–3 years of field service experience in electronic systems installation or maintenance of cctv, networking, electronics equipment etc.
- Basic knowledge of networking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel outside Hyderabad for project installations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently at the client site.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Nurse Call Systems or other hospital automation systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like multimeters, crimping tools, etc.

Salary: As per industry standards + Travel allowance + Incentives
