Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Creative Art Director ‐ Graphic Designer with 10‐

12 years of experience to lead our creative team. As the Creative Art Director ‐ Graphic Designer at

Thoughtrains Design Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the creative direction of our real

Estate client campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, strong leadership

Qualities and a proven track record of delivering outstanding creative work in the real estate

Advertising industry.

Responsibilities:

 Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers and creative to conceptualize and execute

innovative and effective marketing campaigns for real estate clients.

 Collaborate closely with clients to understand their branding, marketing objectives, and

target audience, and translate these insights into compelling visual solutions.

 Develop and maintain the overall creative vision and brand identity for each client, ensuring

consistency across all marketing materials and channels.

 Oversee the creation of a wide range of visual assets including print advertisements, digital

banners, social media graphics, brochures, signage, websites, and more.

 Provide strategic direction and creative guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from

concept development to final execution.

 Mentor and coach team members, providing constructive feedback, guidance, and support

to help them grow and develop their skills.

 Stay updated on industry trends,



emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design

and real estate marketing, and integrates these insights into our creative processes.

 Collaborate with other departments such as account management, marketing, and

production to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with client objectives.

 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively

to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.

 Present creative concepts and designs to clients, articulating the rationale behind the ideas and incorporating client feedback to refine and enhance the work.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field preferred.

2. 10‐12 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on real estate

marketing and advertising.

3. Proven track record of success in a creative leadership role, with experience leading a team

of designers and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

4. Expert‐level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other

graphic design software.

5. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques,

with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative

concepts and ideas effectively to clients and team members.

7. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop creative solutions that aligns with client

objectives and drive results.

8. Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, deadline‐driven environment, with strong organizational and

time management skills.

9. Passion for creativity and innovation, with a commitment to staying at the forefront of

industry trends and best practices.

10. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of high‐quality design work, including real estate

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
