We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Client Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, build robust relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining company services.
- Prepare reports on client interactions and feedback.
- Support client retention initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
