We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to attract and hire the right talent for the organization. Candidates having exposure to Manufacturing / Sales set up will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer release and onboarding.
- Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organization.




- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress.
- Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
