Looking for an experienced Holiday Consultant to join our growing team in Kochi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing customized holiday packages, preparing quotations and itineraries, coordinating with overseas travel partners, and delivering exceptional customer service while supporting our UAE operations.

Responsibilities

- Handle both inbound and outbound holiday inquiries (FIT & groups)
- Design customized international and domestic packages
- Coordinate with overseas DMCs and hotel suppliers
- Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel documents
- Assist clients with visas, insurance, and add-on services
- Follow up leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Ensure timely confirmations and customer satisfaction

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in both inbound and outbound holidays
- Knowledge of Europe, Asia, Maldives, Turkey, UK, Schengen
- Robust sales and conversion skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to prepare attractive itineraries.
- Familiarity with peak seasons, pricing trends, and promotions

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
