Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales & Tender Executive who can manage government/private tenders, prepare quotations, coordinate with customers, and support our domestic and international sales team.

Responsibilities

- Search and monitor tender portals regularly.
- Download, analyze, and prepare tender documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with management for pricing and approvals.
- Upload and submit tenders before deadlines.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and inquiries.
- Handle email communication professionally.
- Maintain records of tenders, quotations, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, logistics, and production teams.
- Generate new business opportunities through online portals and customer outreach.




- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree (Commerce, Engineering, Management, or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in Tender Filling, B2B Sales, or Industrial Marketing
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand technical products
- Experience with GeM, Government e-Marketplace, and other tender portals is preferred
